No Shipping Info Updates Available
Package is late. Email not answered. Phone message not returned. Site does not automatically update, only open until 6:00 EST. Another day trying to find my gift delivery. For their price point, it should have arrived on time and I should not have to call over and over to find out where the gift really is. Not happy.

Very disappointed with delivery from Gourmet gift basket that left a box of chocolate strawberries outside the front door on the heat exposed to animals. The chocolate melted falling apart and the strawberries was wet.

Beware of the company that has this statement in their policy. There are a lot of them operates this bad practice. These companies are scammers. They also add their own fake reviews to make customers believe.

I needed to order a gift for a little girl's birthday and needed it shipped quickly. I was so happy to find this site and they had the perfect gift bucket! I saw it had positive reviews so I ordered one. I was sent a video of her enjoying the items in the bucket and it had a fabulous unicorn stuffed animal along with a lot of goodies that she loved. The vendor was great at sending me status updates and I know I will be shopping with them again. Quality product from a quality shop!
Easy order, On-time, tasty products
I've ordered numerous items from GourmetGiftBaskets over the years and all have loved what they received. It's easy to order ahead, scheduling future delivery. I love that, cause I'm very forgetful. In fact, I have one set to go out next month. The products I've sent have been truly popular with family and friends. They've gone on and on about how delicious everything is. Highly recommend!

Great and Unique gift idea
I wanted to send a special gift to my son at his job site, for his 21st birthday. I had no idea what to send. Then I found Gourmet gift baskets. They had a basket of beers from around the world! It was a HUGE hit!
Long distance mom sends gift
First off.. I screwed up address.. but Nicole at customer service fixed that.. then the gift I sent had wine.. my son is 25..but no one over 21 was there for delivery..again Nicole at customer service fixed it!! She even went out of her way to call me and make sure everything was alright.. Great job Nicole..this alone will make me use you guys again!! 10 stars if I could!!

There are selections that are designated as having free shipping, but when selected there is still a significant shipping charge. Why is that?
